Zafrani Rice (Saffron Rice)

Ingredients

  • Rice - 1 kg
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Pandanus Fascicularis (Screw Pine or Kewra) - 2 teaspoonful
  • Green Cardamom - 5, 6 in number
  • Zafran - 1 pinch
  • Cloves - 7, 8 in numbers

Preparation Method

  • Grind all the ingredients and mix them in 1/2 cup of milk.
  • Cover the left over milk.
  • Boil the rice, add milk in it and put them on steam.
  • The delicious Saffron rice is ready to be enjoyed.
