Zafarani Rice Cooking Recipes In Urdu
Zafrani Rice (Saffron Rice)
- Rice - 1 kg
- Milk - 1 cup
- Pandanus Fascicularis (Screw Pine or Kewra) - 2 teaspoonful
- Green Cardamom - 5, 6 in number
- Zafran - 1 pinch
- Cloves - 7, 8 in numbers
- Grind all the ingredients and mix them in 1/2 cup of milk.
- Cover the left over milk.
- Boil the rice, add milk in it and put them on steam.
- The delicious Saffron rice is ready to be enjoyed.
