Vegetable Biryani

Ingredients

  • Rice - 1kg
  • Pea - 1/4 kg
  • Onion - 2 bulbs
  • Garlic - 1 bulb
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Potato - 1/4 kg
  • Carrot - 1/4 kg
  • Tomatoe - 4 heads
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoonful
  • Zarda Color - as needed
  • Cabbage - 1/4 kg
  • Mint - 1 small bundle (tuft)
  • Lemon - 2 heads
  • Egg - 2 in number
  • Yogurt - 1/4kg

Preparation Method

  • Put onion in oil and make them brown, and then add tomatoes, ginger, spices mixture (Garam Masala), salt, garlic and yogurt and roast them.
  • Add all vegetables in it and cook them on low flame.
  • Boil the rice separately, and take out in a dish.
  • Take a separate pan and spread the layers of rice and vegetables alternately till they are finished. (Now arrange the layer, make first layer of rice and the second layer of vegetables, and keep on doing so alternatively.)
  • Sprinkle the vinegar, lemon & milk and put them on steam.
  • After some time, the dish will be ready to be served.
