Golden Pulao

Ingredients

  • Rice - 2 glass
  • Chicken Cubes - 2 in number
  • Saffron (Zafran) - as per requirements
  • Onion - 1 bulb
  • Green Onion - 2 bulbs
  • Pandanus Fascicularis (Screw Pine) - 1 teaspoonful
  • Raisins (Kishmish) - as per need
  • Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
  • Water - 4 cup

Preparation Method

  • Take half cup of cooking oil and four cups of water; put two chicken cubes in it and make a soup.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and make the onion light brown.
  • Now put the wet rice in it; shack it a little and then add soup in the rice.
  • When half of the water gets evaporated, evenly spread raisins, green onions, Pandanus fascicularis (Screw Pine) and Zafran.
  • Now put it on the steam.
  • Take out of the pan; spread it on a dish.
  • Now decorate it with boiled eggs.
  • The tasty Golden Pulao is now ready to be served.
