Golden Rice Cooking Recipes In Urdu
- Rice - 2 glass
- Chicken Cubes - 2 in number
- Saffron (Zafran) - as per requirements
- Onion - 1 bulb
- Green Onion - 2 bulbs
- Pandanus Fascicularis (Screw Pine) - 1 teaspoonful
- Raisins (Kishmish) - as per need
- Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
- Water - 4 cup
- Take half cup of cooking oil and four cups of water; put two chicken cubes in it and make a soup.
- Heat the oil in a pan and make the onion light brown.
- Now put the wet rice in it; shack it a little and then add soup in the rice.
- When half of the water gets evaporated, evenly spread raisins, green onions, Pandanus fascicularis (Screw Pine) and Zafran.
- Now put it on the steam.
- Take out of the pan; spread it on a dish.
- Now decorate it with boiled eggs.
- The tasty Golden Pulao is now ready to be served.
