- Mutton - 1 kg
- Salt - to the taste
- Rye (finely ground) - 1 teaspoonful
- Cooking Oil - half cup
- Cumin Powder - 2 teaspoonful
- Lemon Sap - 1 cup
- Raw Papaya - 1 teaspoonful
- Black Pepper - 1 teaspoonful
- Make small pieces of mutton, measuring about 1 and a half 1/2 inches in size.
- Mix all ingredients in mutton pieces and leave them for 6 to 7 hours.
