Ingredients

  • Mutton - 1 kg
  • Salt - to the taste
  • Rye (finely ground) - 1 teaspoonful
  • Cooking Oil - half cup
  • Cumin Powder - 2 teaspoonful
  • Lemon Sap - 1 cup
  • Raw Papaya - 1 teaspoonful
  • Black Pepper - 1 teaspoonful

Preparation Method:

  • Make small pieces of mutton, measuring about 1 and a half 1/2 inches in size.
  • Mix all ingredients in mutton pieces and leave them for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Now mount (thread) all the pieces on skewer and roast them on burning coal.
  • Serve the dish with salad to your loved ones.
