Meat and Plum (Gosht Aur Aloo Bukhara)


  • Dry Plum - 1/8 kg
  • Meat - half kg
  • Ghee - 100 gram
  • Salt and Chili - to the taste

Preparation Method

  • Roast the meat in the oil till it turns reddish.
  • Add salt, black pepper and chili in it, and roast it again.
  • Pour some water in it and heat till it is properly stewed.
  • Wash plum and add it into the meat after ten minutes.
  • When meat is boiled, put it on steam for some time and remove it from the burner.
  • Your dish is ready to be served to your loved ones.
