Meat and Plum (Gosht Aur Aloo Bukhara)
- Dry Plum - 1/8 kg
- Meat - half kg
- Ghee - 100 gram
- Salt and Chili - to the taste
- Roast the meat in the oil till it turns reddish.
- Add salt, black pepper and chili in it, and roast it again.
- Pour some water in it and heat till it is properly stewed.
- Wash plum and add it into the meat after ten minutes.
- When meat is boiled, put it on steam for some time and remove it from the burner.
- Your dish is ready to be served to your loved ones.
