Fried Champ

Ingredients

  • Champ - 1 whole
  • Corn Flour - half cup
  • Pea Powder - half teaspoonful
  • Egg - 2 in number
  • Salt - to the taste
  • Black Pepper (Ground) - 1 teaspoonful
  • Ghee - For Fry

Preparation Method

  • Dip the Champ in vinegar and leave it aside for four hours.
  • Beat the two eggs in a pot.
  • Mix half cup of corn flour in the eggs.
  • Add one teaspoonful salt, half teaspoonful pea powder, and one teaspoonful of ground black pepper in the eggs.
  • Smear the mixture on the Champ.
  • Fry them in the heated oil.
  • Your dish is now ready to serve.
