Fish Somiani


  • Fish(Without Echin) - 1 kg
  • Red Chili - 2 tablespoonful
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tablespoonful
  • Garlic and Turmeric Powder - half teaspoonful
  • Lemon Juice - extracted from 4 heads
  • Egg - 2 in number
  • Salt to the taste
  • Corn Flour - Half cup
  • Gram Flour - half cup

Preparation Method

  • Add all the ingredients in two shacked eggs and mix them with hand.
  • Now smear this mixture onto the fish and leave it for two hours in refrigerator.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry the fish, and take it out of the ghee when it became golden.
  • Serve the dish to your family members, friends, guests and close acquaintances, and let them enjoy its great taste.
