Ingredients

  • Fish - half kg
  • Salt to the taste
  • Chili - 2 teaspoonful
  • Lemon or Vinegar - 1 teaspoonful
  • Turmeric - 1 teaspoonful
  • Maida (refined and bleached wheat flour) - 1 cup

Preparation Method

  • Mix the spices into Maida and make a thick paste of it by adding water as needed.
  • Smear the batter onto the fish and leave it for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Deep fry the fish and enjoy the rich taste of Lahori fish.
  • Serve to your friends and family members and let them enjoy the delicious dish.
