Ingredients

  • Fish - 2 kg
  • Gram Flour - half kg
  • Egg - 4 in number
  • White Cumin - 3 teaspoonful
  • Coriander Seeds - 3 teaspoonful
  • Vinegar - half cup
  • Ajinomoto - 2 teaspoonful
  • White Chili - 2 teaspoonful
  • Salt to the taste
  • Red Chili - 3 teaspoonful

Preparation Method

  • Mix all the ingredients in the form of a regular mixture; smear the paste on the fish and leave it for two hours.
  • Deep fry the fish after two hours.
  • Tasty fish fry is ready; serve to your friends and family.
