Fish Puff

Ingredients

  • Fish Roast(Without Echin) - 1 cup
  • Butter - 2 ounce
  • Maida (refined and bleached wheat flour) - half cup
  • Egg - 2 in number
  • Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoonful
  • Mushroom - 1 teaspoonful
  • Green Coriander - as per need
  • Knorr Chicken Cubes - 2 pieces
  • Chopped Almonds - 1 tablespoonful

Preparation Method

  • Dissolve the Knorr chicken cubes in a half cup of water and let the butter melt in it.
  • Add and mix half cup of Maida (refined and bleached wheat flour)
  • When batter starts separating against the pot, take it off the burner.
  • Add the shacked eggs separately one by one in it; one tablespoonful of peeled and chopped almonds, one teaspoonful mayonnaise and a cup of finely chopped fish fry and mix well.
  • Make the round puffs; heat the oil in a pan and fry them for a while.
  • Take the fried fish puffs and wrap them in a piece of tissue paper.
  • Tasty fish Puff is ready to taste and enjoy.
  • Serve the dish to your friends, family member and worthy guests.
