Deep Fry Jumbo Fish

Ingredients

  • Fish - 1 kg
  • Egg - 2 in number
  • Maida (refined & bleached wheat flour) - 1 cup
  • Lemon - 1 head
  • Mustard Powder - half teaspoonful
  • Red Chili - 1 teaspoonful
  • Onion - 1 bulb
  • Green Chili - 5 heads
  • Corn Flour - 2 tablespoonful
  • Oil - 2 cup

Preparation Method

  • In order to make paste of fish, beat the given two eggs.
  • In the beaten eggs, add limo (lemon), salt, chili, onion, and green chili (ground) and mix them thoroughly.
  • Put corn flour and Maida (refined & bleached wheat flour) in eggs and shack well.
  • Make a thick paste, smear it onto the fish and leave it for two hours.
  • Heat the oil in Karahi (wok), apply bread crumbs onto the fish pieces and fry them.
  • Your jumbo fish is ready to taste.
  • Serve to your friends and family and enjoy the delicious dish.
