Deep Fry Jumbo Fish
- Fish - 1 kg
- Egg - 2 in number
- Maida (refined & bleached wheat flour) - 1 cup
- Lemon - 1 head
- Mustard Powder - half teaspoonful
- Red Chili - 1 teaspoonful
- Onion - 1 bulb
- Green Chili - 5 heads
- Corn Flour - 2 tablespoonful
- Oil - 2 cup
- In order to make paste of fish, beat the given two eggs.
- In the beaten eggs, add limo (lemon), salt, chili, onion, and green chili (ground) and mix them thoroughly.
- Put corn flour and Maida (refined & bleached wheat flour) in eggs and shack well.
- Make a thick paste, smear it onto the fish and leave it for two hours.
- Heat the oil in Karahi (wok), apply bread crumbs onto the fish pieces and fry them.
- Your jumbo fish is ready to taste.
