Ingredients

  • Fish (Finger Cut) - 1 kg
  • Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
  • Egg - 2 in number
  • Maize Flour - half cup
  • Corn Flour - 3 tablespoonful
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tablespoonful
  • Salt - half teaspoonful
  • Black Pepper (ground) - 1 teaspoonful
  • China Salt - half teaspoonful
  • Chili Garlic Sauce - 2tablespoonful

Preparation Method

  • Whip eggs, add all ingredients in it and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  • Batter should be in a thick form.
  • Dip the fish into the prepared batter, and then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Fry the fish in hot oil until it becomes golden brown.
  • Your dish is ready to taste, share it with your loved ones.
