- Fish (Finger Cut) - 1 kg
- Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
- Egg - 2 in number
- Maize Flour - half cup
- Corn Flour - 3 tablespoonful
- Soya Sauce - 2 tablespoonful
- Salt - half teaspoonful
- Black Pepper (ground) - 1 teaspoonful
- China Salt - half teaspoonful
- Chili Garlic Sauce - 2tablespoonful
- Whip eggs, add all ingredients in it and mix well to form
a smooth batter.
- Batter should be in a thick form.
- Dip the fish into the prepared batter, and then roll in bread
- Fry the fish in hot oil until it becomes golden brown.
