- Boneless Chicken - 1 kg
- Egg - 2 in number
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ghee - 1/4 kg
- White chili - 1 and a 1/2 teaspoonful
- Ajinomoto - 2 teaspoonful
- Salt to the taste
- Vinegar - teaspoonful
- Ketchup - 2 cup
- Light brown the garlic in oil.
- Add chicken in it and roast.
