- Chicken (boneless)—half kg
- Salt—to the taste
- Vinegar—1 teaspoonful
- Corn Flour—1 teaspoonful
- Ajinomoto—as per taste
- Ghee—to roast the chicken
- Carrot—1/4 kg
- Capsicum—1/4 kg
- Green Onion—3-4 bulbs
- Noodles—1 packet
- Take the boneless chicken and add salt, vinegar, corn flour and Ajinomoto and put it aside for some time.
- Now take some cooking oil in the frying pan and, after roasting the meat, take it out in a dish.
- Roast, in the same leftover oil, you need to roast garlic, carrot, bell pepper and green onion.
- Put already boiled noodles in it and roast.
