- Boneless Chicken—1 kg
- Egg—2 in number
- Garlic—2 cloves
- Ghee—1/4 kg
- White chili—1 and a ½ teaspoonful
- Ajinomoto—2 teaspoonful
- Salt—to the taste
- Ketchup—2 cup
- Light brown the garlic in oil.
