  • Boneless Chicken—1 kg
  • Egg—2 in number
  • Garlic—2 cloves
  • Ghee—1/4 kg
  • White chili—1 and a ½ teaspoonful
  • Ajinomoto—2 teaspoonful
  • Salt—to the taste
  • Vinegar—teaspoonful
  • Ketchup—2 cup

Preparation Method

  • Light brown the garlic in oil.
  • Add chicken in it and roast.
  • When water goes dry, add Ajinomoto, salt, vinegar, white chili, and roast them.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into the cooking pot and roast them.
  • No need to cover during cook.
