Chappal Kabab Cooking Recipes In Urdu
- Minced Meat (Keema) - half kg
- Onion - 2 bulbs
- Coriander - 1 teaspoonful
- Ginger & Garlic - 2 teaspoonful
- Cumin Powder - 2 teaspoonful
- Green chili - 4, 5 pieces (whole)
- Red chili & Salt - to the taste
- Gram Flour - 2 to 3 teaspoonful
- Mix all ingredients in minced meat (Keema).
- Take finely minced meat and make kebabs (medium-sized balls).
- Now take a slice of tomato, put on kebab and fry it, the dish is ready.
