Ingredients

  • Minced Meat (Keema)— half kg
  • Onion— 2 bulbs
  • Coriander— 1 teaspoonful
  • Ginger & Garlic— 2 teaspoonful
  • Cumin Powder— 2 teaspoonful
  • Green chili— 4, 5 pieces (whole)
  • Red chili & Salt— to the taste
  • Gram Flour— 2 to 3 teaspoonful

Preparation Method

  • Mix all ingredients in minced meat (Keema).
  • Take finely minced meat and make kebabs (medium-sized balls).
  • Now take a slice of tomato, put on kebab and fry it: the dish is ready.
